How do I activate the Memory Maker within my Disney ticket?
Once you link your Ticket to the My Disney Experience Account the Memory Maker is active.
What water parks are included in the 7 and 14 Day Disney Ticket?
Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park or Disney's Blizzard Beach Water Park:
You can choose to visit either water park on any day of your ticket, as long as it's open.

Can you book you 1 day entry to Epic Universe with the 14 Day 3 Park + 1 Day Epic Universe Ticket?
For your one day at Epic Universe, you are not able to pre-book this, you can visit on any day within your 15-day ticket window. We are advising to arrive early to the park on your chosen day!
If purchasing the Discovery Cove Ticket with 14 Days SeaWorld, Aquatica, Busch gardens when can you visit other parks?
When booking the Discovery Cove Ticket you must choose the date for Discovery Cove the other parks can then be entered for 14 consecutive days either before or after your booked Discovery Cove day.
How do I know my Discovery Cove Dolphin Swim time?
This will be allocated upon check-in at Discovery Cove, arrive early from 7am it is a beautiful day in Paradise and the day will pass quickly

SeaWorld Orlando / Aquatica Orlando / Busch Gardens Tampa Three Visits + Three All Day Dining Deals Available for sale and valid for use through December 31, 2025. First visit must be taken by December 31, 2025. Valid for one visit to SeaWorld Orlando, one visit to Aquatica Orlando
and one visit to Busch Gardens Tampa plus three All Day Dining Deals.
Second and third visits must be taken within fourteen (14) consecutive days from

How do i collect my Universal Orlando Tickets?
All Universal Orlando Tickets are “Will Call Ticket" Vouchers, therefore are collected from “Will Call Ticket Machines” (not guest services, so no queuing) located at the front of all Universal Parks, you enter the reference number on the Voucher, swipe a Debit/Credit Card in lead passengers name (doesn’t have to be the card used to purchase tickets just has to be the same surname) once Tickets are issued here you can then link them to the Universal Orlando App, they are also issued upon check-in of all Universal Hotels if staying on site and some partner hotels, and recently we have been told there is a Representative at Coco Key Hotel and Rosen Inn Pointe issuing the Tickets.
Do you offer any discount on tickets?
Unfortunately, as we keep our prices as low as we can all year, we are not able to offer any further discounts or promos.

Can i add more than one attraction ticket to my basket at one time?
Unfortunately you can only add one product at a time currently on our website, we are looking to have this changed in the near future.
Cancellations by you (Hotels)
To cancel a hotel booking, please contact us via telephone or email. We will then issue you with a cancellation invoice. The cancellation will only take effect from the date that we issue our cancellation invoice. If you cancel your booking but then somehow manage to redeem the original voucher you will be responsible for reimbursing us for the full cost of the voucher.
The hotel cancellation charges set out below apply on cancellation. Where the cancellation charge is shown as a percentage, this is calculated on the basis of the total cost payable by the person(s) cancelling excluding amendment charges. Please note that deposits and amendment charges are not refundable in the event of cancellation.
Any hotel ticket which states :“non-refundable” Cancellation at any time after the booking has been confirmed 100% Charge
Other hotel bookings: If paid with a deposit More than 10 days before the arrangements are due to start just Loss of deposit. Within 10 days of the arrangements being due to start 100% Charge
Other bookings if paid in Full: More than 10 days before the arrangements are due to start: £50 Charge
Within 10 days of the arrangements being due to start: 100% Charge

Do i have to put a specific date for All Day Dining Ticket for SeaWorld, Aquatic or Busch Gardens?
No you do not have to put a specific date as they are open dated tickets for the whole year.
With the SeaWorld Orlando / Aquatica Orlando / Busch Gardens Tampa Three Visits + Three All Day Dining Deals Tickets, can i visit the same park 3 times?
No, the SeaWorld Orlando 3 Visit, 3 Park Ticket has to be used at all 3 parks as set out by SeaWorld, so this will be one visit to each of the 3 parks.
Can I pay with Paypal?
Unfortunately we do not accept Paypal but we do accept All Major Credit and Debits Cards, Including American Express
