Yes we sell express passes for Universal Orlando, We sell for Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure and Epic Universe, All 3 Parks, single day and multi day. We also sell the Universal Orlando Premier Hotels, which includes Universal Orlando Express Unlimited Passes for Check in Day and Check out day.


Can i book my Lightning Lanes with you?

No Lightning Lanes are only booked directly with Walt Disney World. You can do these within the Walt Disney World App.


My Walt Disney World Tickets are not linking to the My Disney Experience App or Account?

How do I activate the Memory Maker within my Disney ticket?


You do not need to do anything to activate The Memory Maker as this is already active within all 7- and 14-day Walt Disney World Tickets. The first time you scan your ticket with a photographer/attraction, photos will automatically appear within the Disney PhotoPass section of your Disney Account.   

 

What water parks are included in the 7 and 14 Day Disney Ticket?

 

Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park or Disney's Blizzard Beach Water Park:

You can choose to visit either water park on any day of your ticket, as long as it's open.

When booking the Discovery Cove Ticket you must choose the date for Discovery Cove the other parks can then be entered for 14 consecutive days either before or after your booked Discovery Cove day.


How do I know my Discovery Cove Dolphin Swim time?


This will be allocated upon check-in at Discovery Cove, arrive early from 7am it is a beautiful day in Paradise and the day will pass quickly

The cancellation will only take effect from the date that we issue our cancellation invoice. If you cancel your booking but then somehow manage to redeem the original voucher you will be responsible for reimbursing us for the full cost of the voucher.

Where the cancellation charge is shown as a percentage, this is calculated on the basis of the total cost payable by the person(s) cancelling excluding amendment charges. Please note that deposits and amendment charges are not refundable in the event of cancellation.

Any hotel ticket which states :“non-refundable” Cancellation at any time after the booking has been confirmed 100% Charge

Other hotel bookings: If paid with a deposit More than 10 days before the arrangements are due to start just Loss of deposit. Within 10 days of the arrangements being due to start 100% Charge

Do i have to put a specific date for All Day Dining Ticket for SeaWorld, Aquatic or Busch Gardens?

No you do not have to put a specific date as they are open dated tickets for the whole year.


With the SeaWorld Orlando / Aquatica Orlando / Busch Gardens Tampa Three Visits + Three All Day Dining Deals Tickets, can i visit the same park 3 times?

Yes, the SeaWorld Orlando 3 Visit, 3 Park Ticket can now be used to visit the same park 3 times if you wanted to.
