Simple Guide to Making a Payment

After booking with a deposit at YourTicketGenie you have until 8 weeks prior to ticket start date to make full payment for Orlando attractions & you have until 5 weeks prior for everywhere else in the world. How you choose to pay is completely optional be it weekly/monthly increments or one lump sum at the end.

Start by heading to any page on the website and click the Pay Balance link in the top right as shown by the arrow.

You should go through to the page below. Enter your reference number (this begins with YTG, only enter the 5 numerical digits) from your original booking, you can find this in your Order Confirmation email. Enter the amount you wish to pay (you can check how much is due through My Booking, if you are struggling to do this check out our other How To Blog here.) Fill the rest of your details as entered on your original booking and then click submit, you only need to enter the fields marked with an *.

Once done, your screen should look like this. Your details should already be entered and you can proceed by clicking pay at the bottom of the screen.

That should take you through to this screen. Simply select your preferred payment method & make payment.

If all is successful you should receive an email with receipt of your payment. The new YTG number is nothing to be alarmed about that is simply a payment reference.
