Simple Guide to Viewing Your Booking

After booking with YourTicketGenie you can access all the details of your booking which will include; product booked, date booked, cancellation information, final balance amount and due date information. You can also use this function to send an amendment/cancellation request.

At the top right of every corner you can find the My Booking link as displayed in the picture above, click on this link.

Enter the email address you booked with, your booking start date and your reference number (YTGXXXXX), this can be found in your original order confirmation email.

All your booking information will be displayed like so.

At the bottom it will display the amount due, final balance date & any payments that have been made on the account.

You can send a cancellation request, email your booking to yourself if lost or you can print the booking confirmation.
