How to Link Your Disney Tickets
Simple Guide to Linking Your Disney Tickets to Your My Disney Experience Account & App
Thank you for booking your Walt Disney World Orlando tickets with Your Ticket Genie. You now need to link them to your account. First and foremost, you must create a My Disney Experience account. This is really straightforward and you can do so here.
Once you have done so you can begin the process of linking your tickets. This must be started on the website and not in app. This is better suited for Laptops and Desktops, however it can be done on your mobile device.
Step 1 -
Head to https://www.disneyworld.co.uk/plan/, you will be presented with the screen below, log into your account.

Step 2 -
Scroll down to where you can see Park Tickets, hover over this and the Link Tickets button will appear, click on this. Use the image below for reference.

Step 3 -
Once logged in you can then proceed to linking your tickets using the confirmation number you received in your email. Please note, the confirmation number covers your whole party.

Step 4 -
Once your tickets are linked you can now download the My Disney Experience app. Log into the app, using the same details you did on the website, all your tickets will be uploaded. You can set up the tickets on your Apple / Google Wallet through MagicMobile Entry highlighted below.
All of our 7 & 14 Day Tickets have the Memory Maker included, this is automatically added. You can start scanning all your tickets at the PhotoPass locations and select Attractions. You generally have 45 days from the date the photo was taken to download these from the photos section on the app.
