Linking Universal Tickets to the Universal Orlando App
How to Download Universal Orlando Digital Tickets
You can download your digital tickets thirty (30) days before your visit to Universal Orlando Resort.

You will have three options to download your ticket:
Option 1. Checkout as a guest.
Enter your "Universal Orlando External ID/Confirmation #" (Highlighted in the Black Rectangle) and enter the surname on the booking. You will be prompted to provide an email and the tickets will be sent to that email address. (Please make sure you enter email address correctly and to check your spam/junk folders).
Option 2. Create an account.
You will create an Universal Orlando account, enter your "Universal Orlando External ID/Confirmation #" (Highlighted in the Black Rectangle) and enter the surname on the booking and the tickets will be added to your account, you will then need to assign a name to each ticket.
Option 3. Add to an existing account.
You will login to your existing Universal Orlando account, enter your "Universal Orlando External ID/Confirmation #" (Highlighted in the Black Rectangle) and enter the surname on the booking and the tickets will be added to your account, you will then assign a name to each ticket.

To then add your tickets to the Universal Orlando App.
If you used option 1 or 2, you can then login to the Universal Orlando App with the same details and the Digital Tickets you have received you will be able to see them in your Universal Wallet. Go to "Profile" in the App in the bottom right, Then click "Wallet" and they will appear.
If you used option 3, you will have received the tickets via email and then you can do the same as above and then scan the tickets into your "wallet".
For your Friends and Family to also have the tickets, you can either share your login for the Universal App or screenshot the E-Ticket from the app and share the photo.
Once you have linked the tickets you can then proceed to Photo Validation for you and your family. This is an easier way to enter the parks and enter Express Pass queues without Tickets, as your face will be scanned for entry instead of your tickets.

However, if you haven’t redeemed your tickets prior to arriving at a Universal Orlando theme park, just find the QR code at one of the ticket pickup locations near the park entrances and use it to access the website listed above on your mobile device. Remember there are always plenty of Universal cast members on hand to help you at the parks.
If you are faced with the below error:-

There is no need to panic, your tickets are fine and have been booked correctly. A small number of guests have been having a problem with the New Digital Download System, Universal are aware of the problem, and are first advising guests to please ensure you are within 30 days of your ticket start date, then login to the Universal Orlando App, go to "Profile" then "Wallet" to double check if the Digital Tickets are there. If they are still not visible, then Universal are advising to please head to a cast member or an open Ticket Booth at the entrance of any of the Universal Parks and they will swiftly assist you with this problem.
