We have had our new website created on yourticketgenie.com and moved our old website from yourticketgenie.com to yourticketgenie.co.uk so that we could keep all our older bookings and customers tickets in the same place. We tried to make the transition as smooth and with minimal impact to our customers as possible but we hit a small problem. All Customers Tickets moved across to yourticketgenie.co.uk but the links for this, did not update. We do apologise for this and here is the quick fix:-
Login to our Old Website at yourticketgenie.co.uk
2. Click My Account
3. Login to Account and then click Attachments
4. Then click "View" to see your tickets
5. If you get the 404 Error
6. Just change the ".com" of the yourticketgenie URL to ".co.uk" and your tickets will appear
7. If you still have problems and cannot access your tickets. Please email us and we can either email them or re-attach them to your account.
